My beautiful Natasha,
There are no words to truly express how much you meant to me. You were more than my best friend—you were my soul sister, my confidant, and one of the greatest blessings in my life.
Through every laugh, every tear, every milestone, and every challenge, you were always there with your beautiful heart, unwavering strength, and the kind of love that made everyone around you feel special. The world feels a little dimmer without your radiant smile, but your light will continue to shine through the countless lives you touched.

Natasha, we went to the same high school, and you were always such a kind person. It’s hard to come to terms with the fact that you’re no longer here.
As girls do, we would talk about who we thought was the prettiest at school, and I always thought it was you. I was far too embarrassed to ever tell you that in person.
You had a warmth and beauty that people noticed, but it was your kindness that truly stayed with them. Thank you for the kindness you showed me and others. My thoughts are with your family and everyone who loved you.
Rest peacefully, Natasha.

My beautiful chicka Natasha,
You’re gone too soon and words about you to say Goodbye just feels wrong. We had the best time riding through our teenage years in highschool, I’ll never forget the memories. Every time I think of you, your radiant smile immediately comes to mind. Your silliness, your kind heart and the things we used to laugh about still makes me laugh.
You got me through a rough patch when I had major surgery, your positivity and strength inspired me – your words I won’t forget. I appreciated you checking in on me more than you’ll ever know. The last time we spoke was planning a catch up – I never got to see your pixie haircut but I’m sure you still looked beautiful as always. Rest in peace Angel, your soul touched so many others and you’re dearly missed.

So full of love for everyone and everything from plants to little and big creatures, even the ones that might’ve not deserved it. Heaven gained a beautiful angel and the sky the brightest star. Your light and beautiful smile is eternal and will never be forgotten by the ones who’s life path crossed yours, certainly not by me. Such a strength and inspiration, and life lived fully till the very end. I’m glad you’re out of pain but I’m soo mad that that was the only way. The brightest star ever, may you rest in eternal peace. Forever loved and forever missed 💔💔❤️❤️

Having to say goodbye to a truly remarkable woman whose strength, courage, and love touched so many lives is beyond heartbreaking.
Beautiful Natasha, You fought your battle with cancer for so long, and through every challenge, you faced it with incredible bravery and grace. Despite everything you endured, you never allowed your illness to define you. You remained kind, compassionate, loving, and endlessly supportive of those around you.
What a privilege it was to know you. Natasha you made an impact and I’m forever grateful for the support you showed me. Thank you ❤️
You were the kind of person who showed up for others in their darkest moments, offering comfort, encouragement, and hope. You celebrated the victories of others as if they were your own and carried a light that brightened every room you entered. Your selflessness and beautiful spirit will never be forgotten.
It is heartbreaking that someone so loved, so vibrant, and so full of life has been taken far too soon. The world is a little less bright without you in it, but your legacy of love, kindness, and courage will live on in the countless lives you touched.
My deepest condolences go out to your family, your close friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving you. My heart especially goes out to your Mother , whose bond with you was so special and filled with so much love. I cannot begin to imagine the pain of this loss. Natasha, rest in peace, beautiful angel. 🥹💔
I met this sweet soul through work, and even though she was with the company for only a short time, she made such a huge impact on everyone around her. Even though we lived in different states, we became close so quickly because of our similar backgrounds.
I am absolutely devastated to hear of her passing. 🥹 You were such a kind, genuine, and beautiful person, and you will be deeply missed by so many.
May you rest in eternal peace. ❤️

My precious Nat,
I met you 7 years ago in Bali and we instantly clicked, later moving in together 3 years later in Adelaide. Some of the best memories of my life are with you, memories I’ll carry with me forever.
I still can’t stop crying every time I think of you and the incredible person you were. I just wish I could laugh with you and be in your presence one more time. You truly lit up my life, just as you did for everyone around you. I’ve never experienced a friendship like the one I had with you, you were so much more than a friend, you were like a sister to me.
I’m grateful knowing you’re finally pain free, and I know your beautiful soul will continue to shine wherever you are. Every time I see a sunrise or sunset, I’ll think of you and feel peace knowing you’re still with me in some way.
Love you always and miss you endlessly.

Dear Beautiful Angel,
Some souls leave this world far too soon, yet they leave a love that never fades. Though your journey was short, the light of your smile and the courage of your spirit will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved you.
Today, we say goodbye with sadness, but also with gratitude for the precious life you lived and the joy you brought to others. May you rest peacefully, free and at peace, soaring on your own wings.
To your beloved mother and your “brother” Ron and family, my deepest condolences. No words can ease such a loss, but I hope you find comfort in knowing how deeply loved and cherished she was. May her beautiful memory give you strength in the days ahead, and may you feel surrounded by the love and support of all who care for you.
Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
Forever remembered.

One of the things that connected us was a journey neither of us would have ever chosen, there was an understanding between us that didn’t always need words.
What I’ll remember most, though, is your heart. It was one of the most genuine hearts I’ve ever known – kind, caring and always thinking of others, even when you had every reason to think of yourself.
Though your time here was far too short, the impact you made will last a lifetime. You will never be forgotten, and your strength, courage and beautiful spirit will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved you.
Rest peacefully, beautiful girl. I hope you’re finally free from pain, at peace, and flying high among the angels. 🤍

In Loving Memory of Natasha
There are some people who leave a mark on the world that can never be erased. Natasha was one of those rare and beautiful souls.
For seven long years, Natasha faced cancer with extraordinary courage, dignity, and determination. She fought every battle with a strength that inspired everyone around her. Even during her darkest days, she continued to think of others, offering encouragement, support, kindness, and love when she herself was carrying such a heavy burden.
Natasha was vibrant, full of life, and blessed with a radiant smile that could light up any room. She had a cheeky spirit, a wonderful sense of humour, and a fearless way of pushing the boundaries of life. She never accepted limits and always found a way to bring joy, laughter, and hope to those around her.
She touched the hearts of everyone she met. Her compassion was endless, her generosity knew no bounds, and her willingness to help others was simply part of who she was. Whether family, friend, or stranger, Natasha made people feel valued, supported, and loved.
Although her journey here has come to an end far too soon, she will not walk alone. Waiting to welcome her with open arms are her loving Dad and Grandad. Knowing they are together again bringing comfort to those of us left behind. She is now free from pain and suffering, at peace, surrounded by love, and forever safe.
To her courageous mother, words can never fully express our admiration or our sorrow for your loss. For seven years you stood beside your precious daughter every step of the way. You cared for her, supported her, fought for her, comforted her, and loved her with a strength few could ever imagine. Through every challenge, every setback, and every difficult day, you never wavered. Your devotion, courage, and unconditional love were truly extraordinary.
As impossible as this moment feels, take comfort in knowing that Natasha is now free from pain and at peace. She will never be alone on her journey. One day, as families are reunited in love, you will be together again. Until then, her spirit will live on in every precious memory, every smile she inspired, and every life she touched.
Natasha, you left us far too soon, but you will live in our hearts forever.
Forever loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.
With Eternal Love,
Your loving –
Uncle Sima, Auntie Biljana, Cousins Radovan and Aleksandar, and your Grandma Stana.
We miss you immensely and will love you always.
May Natasha’s memory be eternal. 🦋 🦋 🦋 ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ 🌹 🌹 🌹

Dearest 🦋 Natasha 🦋
Cancer brought us together, but it was your heart that made you stay.
In a world where so many friendships begin with shared interests or happy moments, ours began with fear, uncertainty and a diagnosis neither of us would have chosen. Yet somehow, through all of that, you became one of the most important people in my life.
We never met in person, but distance never mattered. Through messages, voice notes, check-ins and conversations over the years, you became my breastie, my friend, my safe place. You understood the fears that few others could understand. The scans, the treatments, the waiting, the hope, the grief and everything in between.
You carried more than your fair share of pain, yet you never stopped showing kindness to others. Even when life was incredibly unfair to you, you still found ways to encourage, support and care for those around you.
You taught me that courage is not about being fearless. Courage is choosing to keep going when every day is hard. Courage is finding beauty in small moments when the future feels uncertain. Courage is continuing to love despite knowing how fragile life can be.
My heart is broken knowing that you are no longer here, but I find comfort in knowing that you are finally free from pain and at peace.
Thank you for your friendship.
Thank you for your honesty.
Thank you for your strength.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey.
You once told me that your soul would live through my travels. The truth is, you never needed me to carry your spirit. You left your mark on everyone fortunate enough to know you. But I promise this whenever I watch a sunset, stand by the ocean, wander through a new city or find beauty in the quiet moments of life, I will think of you.
You will always be part of my story.
Until we meet again, my beautiful breastie.
Thank you for everything.
Love always,
Shuwen ❤️

Your smile and kind spirit touched many of us. You were family, an aunty to the kids, a brother to Rade and a dear friend to me.

We miss your angelic voice, your infectious smile and sweet nature.

Tash,
It’s hard to put into words what you meant to me and so many people because there was nobody quite like you.
You were beautiful, stubborn, fearless, full of laughter, and full of life. You had a way of lighting up every room and drawing people in with your energy, and spirit. You were a rare soul, completely irreplaceable. You spoke your mind, pushed boundaries, and lived unapologetically as yourself. You were Tash.
We didn’t always agree, and we butted heads, but that never changed how much I loved you. I admired you more than you probably ever knew. You had a rare way of being both wild and kindhearted, strong yet vulnerable, and fiercely independent while caring for those around you.
Some of my favourite memories exist because of you. You made life adventurous, and exciting, pushing me out of my comfort zone and encouraging me to embrace new experiences. For that, I will always be grateful.
The world feels a little dimmer without you. Thank you for the adventures, the chaos, the lessons, and the memories. There will never be another Tash.
My deepest condolences to Mel and your family. You should be incredibly proud of the remarkable woman you raised. Tash touched so many lives and lived life to the fullest, always as her authentic self. She was truly a once in a lifetime person, and there will never be anyone quite like her.
I love you Tash, always.

My beautiful daughter, my Angel my miracle baby, my pile 👼😇🐥 💔🕊️🦋
There are simply no words to describe the heartbreak of losing your child. A piece of my heart left with you that day, and I know it can never be replaced.
Natasha, you were my miracle baby, my greatest blessing, my best friend, and the love of my life. From the moment I first held you in my arms 33 years ago, you filled my world with a love I never knew existed. Watching you grow into the beautiful, intelligent, compassionate and courageous woman you became was the greatest privilege of my life. I have never been more proud of anyone.
For the past 7 years , you fought metastatic breast cancer with extraordinary courage. You never let cancer define you. Even through unimaginable pain, endless treatments and heartbreaking setbacks, you continued to smile, to laugh, to care for others and to find beauty in every day. You showed us all what true strength, grace and resilience look like.
You inspired thousands of people without ever realising it. Your kindness, your warmth, your infectious smile and your beautiful soul touched every person lucky enough to know you. You taught us that love is stronger than fear, that hope can exist even in the darkest moments, and that every day is a gift.
As your mum, caring for you until your very last breath was the greatest honour of my life. Holding your hand as you peacefully left this world surrounded by love is a moment that will stay with me forever.
Although my heart is shattered beyond words, I know you are finally free. Free from pain. Free from suffering. Free to fly.
‘Alis Volat Propriis’ = She flies with her own wings.
Until we meet again, my beautiful girl.
I will love you.
I will miss you.
I will carry you in my heart every single day for the rest of my life.
Forever your Mumma. ❤️🦋😇☦️

Some people come into your life and leave footprints on your heart that can never be erased. Tash, you were one of those rare souls.
I will forever be grateful that our paths crossed. During one of the hardest times of my life, when my dad was battling his sickness, you were there. You always knew exactly what to say to lift my spirits, to make me feel heard, understood, and never alone. Your kindness was effortless, and your heart was one of the most genuine I have ever known.
Even while facing your own battle, you carried yourself with such incredible strength, courage, and grace. You fought so hard, yet you never let your light dim. Your smile had a way of brightening every room you walked into and every heart lucky enough to know you. It was impossible not to feel comforted in your presence.
The world has lost someone truly extraordinary, but Heaven has gained the most beautiful angel. Your love, your laughter, your compassion, and your unwavering strength will live on in every life you touched.
Thank you for loving so deeply, for giving so selflessly, and for reminding us all what true resilience looks like. I will carry your kindness with me always.
“How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.”
Rest peacefully, beautiful Tash. You will be missed beyond words, loved forever, and remembered always. 🤍

Dearest Nat,
I still vividly remember you as the sweet little seven-year-old girl I met during your visit to Brisbane. I remember the hours we spent drawing together and going on day trips in Sima’s Land Cruiser.
Despite the darkness of your battle with cancer, you never lost your spark or the beautiful innocence that made you so special – your joy, curiosity, and playful spirit. That is how I will always remember you.
I hope you knew just how deeply loved and cherished you are.
Today, I’m thinking of all those who loved you as we mourn your loss here on earth while celebrating your extraordinary life and beautiful spirit. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
Rest in peace, Nat.
P.S In your memory, I am reminded of a poem by Maya Angelou.
When Great Trees Fall
When great trees fall,
rocks on distant hills shudder,
lions hunker down
in tall grasses,
and even elephants
lumber after safety.
When great trees fall
in forests,
small things recoil into silence,
their senses
eroded beyond fear.
When great souls die,
the air around us becomes
light, rare, sterile.
We breathe, briefly.
Our eyes, briefly,
see with
a hurtful clarity.
Our memory, suddenly sharpened,
examines,
gnaws on kind words
unsaid,
promised walks
never taken.
Great souls die and
our reality, bound to
them, takes leave of us.
Our souls,
dependent upon their
nurture,
now shrink, wizened.
Our minds, formed
and informed by their
radiance, fall away.
We are not so much maddened
as reduced to the unutterable ignorance of
dark, cold
caves.
And when great souls die,
after a period peace blooms,
slowly and always
irregularly. Spaces fill
with a kind of
soothing electric vibration.
Our senses, restored, never
to be the same, whisper to us.
They existed. They existed.
We can be. Be and be
better. For they existed.
