The service to celebrate the life of Pat will be held in the Wilson Chapel,
Springvale Botanical Cemetery, 600 Princes Hwy, Springvale
on Thursday 21st December, 2023 at 3.45pm
The family has requested that those attending wear a shade of green, Pat’s favourite colour.
