We have fond memories of visiting Bessie at her home in Glen Waverley. Her generosity and kindness towards Mike and I and our two daughters.
Our chats and laughter would go long into the eve, of stories about her teaching career early on and when she revisited and worked later in her life in Ireland.
We are grateful for our special bond with Colleen and her family.
