Miss B was my daughter’s grade one teacher in 2014. She absolutely loved her. So did I! The world has lost a beautiful human and an amazing teacher, but Miss B has left her mark on so many children’s lives and will never be forgotten by them or their parents. 🩷

Kat was not only brave in her own battle with cancer, she was a light for others walking the same difficult road. Kat was more than her illness. She was warmth, empathy, and generosity of spirit. Even in the midst of her own battle, she showed up for others, reminding us what true bravery looks like. May she rest in peace

Kat became one of my closest friends at school. Although we lost touch into our adult years, I constantly think about how much fun we had and how beautiful of a person she was inside. We recently had a few chats, and she was just ‘Kat’.
What an extraordinary woman she grew into, and was a battle she fought.
A true angel, and I am privileged to keep many fun, happy memories together.
May you rest in peace Kat xxx

Beautiful Kat, I had the privilege of working with you in Prep. You were a ray of sunshine and a big personality but with a kind and gentle nature. Your classroom was always so orderly but bright and friendly too. It was so nice to reconnect with you when you came back to Coatesville for Term 1 in 2023, those chats at recess and lunch will remain with me. Whenever I watch the Met Gala I will think of you 🙂
You journey with cancer touched so many. I know the procedures and treatments you went through will add to the knowledge and understanding around cancer and hopefully result in a cure one day.
I am thinking of your family and Damo and sending them healing thoughts. You are irreplaceable and truly one of a kind.
Rest in peace beauty xoxox
