R.I.P Trevor … Condolences to Judy and Trent and the Callander clan. Will miss his tales of the Mustang in it’s day and the grins / frowns on race nights and car shows that he always gave.

What can I say about Trevor? The space would never be long enough. We had an instant bon when we met in 1976 and the friendship was strong for many years. Trev was some 8 years older so he became a mentor to me. We spent a lot of time together. I loved helping him too and in my early days of working I designed their kitchen and watched Trev build it. I moved away but when we reconnected years later it was like we hadn’t been apart.
He obviously loved our friendship cos he kept a few things that remind him of me.
I will miss him. Friends like that don’t come along every day.
If God has a Ford, then Steve will already be working on it. Stay safe up there mate until we meet again. Can’t wait to see you again and I’ll put the holy water down under your back tyres once again.

After hearing this tough car go up and down our street several times, it broke down out the front of our house, of course it was a Commodore 🤣 pete , Trevor and Trent started to chat and soon became good friends around 10 or so years ago, they found they had the same love for cars and soon met Trevors lovely family, Jude and I soon formed a very close friendship, more like a sister. Trevor you fought hard right to the end, Jude words cannot decribe how proud Trevor and the world are of how you looked after Trevor. Safe travels our friend we promise we will look after Jude and Sue.
All our hearts are broken but we will try and keep the good memories close in our hearts.
Our deepest sympathy to Jude, Sue, Trent, Tyler, Tommy, Emily, Nicole and Yve.

Dearest Judy, Nikki, Steve, Yvey, Trent and the entire Callander family… my deepest condolences to you all.
Trevor was definitely a larger than life character. I still, to this day remember the gatherings at Nik’s and laugh at all the classic one-liners (not to mention all the “politically correct” phrases) that would come out of Trevor’s mouth!!!!
I know your family are going miss you terribly Trevor, but the endless memories will keep you forever alive!
Ps. I’m still driving my bomb of a car but I’m going to give my hubcaps a good polish for you!!!!
    Much love,
    Jo

Hard to imagine that we met only one time and he sticks in my mind as one outstanding man. I am deeply saddened for his loss to all his friends and mostly his wife and children/grandchildren. The stars are shining just a little dimmer now.
Rest in peace Trevor, thanks for the memories.

    Love,
    Bob

Extremely heavy heart when I found out that Trevor was no longer with his loved ones and family. R.I.P Trev, to all your love ones they own those beautiful memories of your unique sense of humor and passion to remember you every day in some way. My father passed 18 months ago and I still think k of him every single day in some special way.
