    To Robert,
I can’t believe we will never see you again, never to banter over absolutely nothing and yet both having a ball. You were taken from us too soon and I’m not sure how any of us will continue without you. Know that Martha and I will look after dad, hopefully as good as you were.
My heart is broken, love you nip.

Robbie “the handyman” Ciolek. It’s hard to believe that you are gone, I only knew you for a short while but in that time you made an impression in our lives. One of life’s true gentlemen that would give you the shirt off his back. One that was honest, sincere and trustworthy, was looking forward to going for rides on our motorbikes getting coffee all over the peninsula.
Ride high and proud bud, til we meet again my friend…goodbye.
Linda you will always have us Langwarrians around you if and when needed, because that’s what Rob would have wanted!

Those that knew Robert would only know him as a funny funny man, we would talk every second day, often on the way to work about the day ahead and coming home about the crap we’d seen or had to fix. We’d share our work photos and discuss resolves, often just lengthy chats about nothing, he would always ring and say (bonjorno comastar) my reply (yeah what ever) I’ll miss that.
As the whale said to the seagull, (I’m beached is broo)
    Love you, miss you.

Linda…our heartfelt love through this time. We did not expect it and our love support and never ending friendship will be there for you and your family, always.
Rob was a man that can only be described as exuberant and loving. He was my best mate and our go to person. I already miss the morning calls checking i was not sleeping in and catching me up on the days activities. He had so much more to do and will be so sadly missed by so many especially Virret me and our 3 dogs that he would spoil every time.
Love ya mate I am already missing you.

    Dear Rob

You were taken too young and too quick, I still shake my head in disbelief.  I will miss our friendship, your love of animals,  devotion to Linda, perfectionism,  modesty in your ability and “I have a story for you”.  Until the next time we meet I will have wonderful memories of our time together with you, Linda and Phil.

    All my love Virret.

    Well Mister,
As very many know, he was someone who would go that extra mile for people, always up for a laugh but always working hard. We spent many years working together and so many memories that will stay with me forever. We always kept in touch every week, talking work, family and just life in general, many phone calls going into a hour long. So they are going to be calls I’m going to miss mate.
We helped each other in many ways and I’ll cherish that dearly and has made a big impact in my life.
Love ya man and will miss you,
    Trav (Dudley)

You’ve been taken from too many, too soon. I’m going to miss your big-kid chuckle and even bigger heart. I’m honoured to have shared your search for Ciolek family history in Berlin, a weekend I’ll never ever forget.

    Ken and Adri Godfrey,
We have only known Rob for a relative short number of years.
Every room in our 1930 home has his imprint from carpentery , tiling ,picture/painting hanging he really was All Sorts Maintenance an expert in everything he carried out.
He became one of the family and we miss our daily chats and especially the coffee with two Dutch Speculaas biscuits.
He is sadly missed by all.

    Uncle Robert,
I cant believe we have to say goodbye already. You will be sorely missed by so many. I will miss having a laugh by the fire with you and dad over a can or two, or your little tips when renovating our house. You were always happy to help no matter what.
Love always Dave, Chantel, Nate and Harley.

    Rob,
I started shaking and couldn’t speak when I heard the news. I’m still in shock, how could it be? A good man taken too soon 🙁 I still answer the phone expecting to hear you on the other end saying you knew it was me because of the way I answered it, and that I will be proud of you for putting money into super. I miss our chats about life, seeing as your accountant is supposed to be your best friend, a wise man once told me.
Linda, I can’t imagine the pain you are feeling right now. No words can express how sorry I am for you. My thoughts are with you.

We always tried to have a laugh when he came in and he loved to ask a lot of questions…lol
I was only back at Frankston this year and he greeted me like a long lost brother…..
I was shocked to hear the news to say the least
