My dear Jan, as I write this my memories from our years in Nursing School at RCH come flooding back. Two young country girls who became life long friends who hooked up with a City girl, Joyce. The three Jule’s! Lots of adventures is an understatement! After we graduated we lived in a little house in Carleton and you taught me to appreciate Jazz.
Even though I travelled and eventually settled in Canada you were always one of the first to see on my many returns to Aus. We never missed a trip to the Dandenongs (thanks Bill).
I have so many mementos of you around my house. Precious stones, Opals, and every card imaginable with a Kookaburra laughing at me.
Thank you Jan for being part of my life. You will always be remembered. With love, Jude/Jules
