    My dearest friend Zarina,
It is so hard to say “goodbye”, but the golden memories of the happy yesteryears that we shared together, with our
precious husbands, Ted & Bob, will ease the pain. You are with them now in a happy reunion.
You were a loving & devoted wife to Bob, a wonderful, doting mother to your children and a treasured grandma too.
Thank you for your valued friendship. I shall not say ‘goodbye’ but “till we meet again” – sleep peacefully dear Zarina.
    With all my love,
    Maureen Bartley

We regret the passing of our young-adulthood friend Zarina – known at Mt Carmel College in her role at the NCC and as Bobby Herbert’s wife. We rarely met in Australia but when we did, we celebrated our youthful friendship.
Our sincere condolences to her family and friends.
