The Service to Celebrate the Life of Stefan Likar
will be held in the Sanctuary Reflection Space,
Bunurong Memorial Park, Dandenong South
on Wednesday March 8th, 2023 commencing at 12:30pm.
At the conclusion of the service, the cortege will leave for burial at
Springvale Botanical Cemetery - Greek Orthodox Monumental, Row AM, Grave 22.
Afternoon tea will be offered from 2:30pm in the function rooms within Springvale Botanical Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to The Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
Envelopes will be available at the service.

I knew Stefan from his last working years at MDI. What an amazing person. Always passionate about his work and such an incredibly intelligent mind. Trying to keep him away from the workshop – even at the young age of 86 – was like trying to hold back the tide.
I had the privilege to meet up with him with my family at his beloved home in lake Tyers. My girls have fond memories having dinner with Stefan at the waterwheel tavern. A caring man who enjoyed and devoted his time to the simple things in life – work and family and travelling (all around Australia!!). I’m very privileged to have know Stefan over this relatively short time. Condolences to his family and friends.
