I am very sad to hear about Mm Leslie Menon having completed her earthly sojourn and transcended into eternity. I have spoken to her many times, especially in the good old days when her beloved husband Lt Cdr KGN Menon was around. He is my uncle, being my father’s youngest stepbrother.Though we have never met, we kept track of our families. I particularly remember getting his very concerned call when Colaba,Mumbai , where I stay was under terrorist attack in 2008. He also shared his 50th wedding anniversary cheer in 2002 when I spoke to both of them. My prayers For Leslie’s Eternal Rest in Peace. Her absence will be deeply felt. My
    deep condolences to the family.
    Sincerely
    Parvati menon.

Will miss you terribly dear Lesley. My pillar of strength during Vini’s major surgery. Arrived at the hospital at 6 am to sit with me and hold my hand and assure me all will go well. Always there when I needed emotional support. Thoughts of your Xmas lunches, your cheese cakes and pecan pies will always bring a smile to my face. You and Kaygee will always be remembered with love . Rest in peace
