A wonderful, funny and thoughtful cousin. We always enjoyed his visits to Wales and treasure the portrait he did of dad (Jeff’s uncle Frank) on his last visit.

Alway’s loved your company and chats when we had the opportunity to catch up great uncle Jeff.

You were always inquisitive and added so much to the conversation and genuinely showed your interest and care when we had the opportunity to catch up at our family gatherings.

Rest in peace great uncle Jeff and I will miss being able to greet you as my great uncle and your huge sigh and laugh every time I called you that.

Very sad. Lovely tributes to a lovely man. He did so love Chester and was able to tell us so much about the city that we didn’t know even though we lived here! Love to all the family.
