I have such fond memories of my childhood in Maybury Estate. This is where I first met you, Mrs Nolan. Since coming to Australia I’ve known you as Cis and it was such a joy to finally re-connect after so many years. Deepest sympathy to Merilyn and all your family. Irene, Chris and I are thinking of you all at this sad time, much love, Julia.

Dearest Cis, you will always be remembered with so much love and affection by the Woking “Lewis” family. I have so many wonderful memories because of your lifelong friendship with our lovely mum Lally, consisting of many airmail letters and then notelets and photos that you sent over many years; how she would have loved joining in with our FaceTime calls. God bless you Cis.
Sending sincere condolences and love to Merilyn and all your family ❤️

Today we farewell you Nan (Gran Nan!). You were a treasure trove of stories from days gone by. One of the last things you said to me was that you had a great memory and you certainly did. Now there’s lots of stories to tell those lovely folk who will greet you on the other side. We will all miss your friendly smile and gentle laugh. “We’ll meet again, don’t know where, don’t know when.” God bless and rest in peace.

    Love,

    Alex, Tania, Jessica and Kiralee.

Just watched your service and it was beautiful.
You will now be back not just with Andy but also my Mum, your sister Esther.
One of my earliest memories was staying with you while my Mum was in hospital, I was 10 months old, you obviously made a big impression on me.
I also remember when you came back for a visit and walking down Walton Road there was the heaviest hail storm and between laughing and yelping with pain, as they really hurt, we just dived into a shop until it past.
The memories you and my Mum told of your childhood had me enthralled, I could listen for hours.
Thank you for being my Aunt.
    Love Rosie. XXXX
