Lots of memories . RIP Kerry. Ted and Phyllis Fitton.

Our association with Kerry was over a limited time as we researched the history of the Upwey Fire Brigade for their centenary book. During that time, both my wife Jillienne and I really found friends in both he and Charlie (Kerry’s canine friend at the time). Whether visiting important sites in the region or munching on cake and drinking coffee, conversation was never boring with Kerry. He was an absolute fountain of wisdom and anecdote. We will miss his smiles and fun.

Terry. You were a long-time friend of mine as a CFA fellow fireman and as a personal friend.
I will miss our greetings to each other each time we met and the banter we shared, either on the fire ground or at other functions like the Anzac Day Marches.
R.I.P my treasured friend.
John Peacock.
