Requiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul of Jerome will be offered at
St Anthony's Catholic Church
90 Buckley Street, Noble Park
On Friday 4th September 2026, commencing at 11.00am.
Following Mass, the funeral will proceed to Bunurong Memorial Park,
790 Frankston Dandenong Rd, Dandenong South
where Jerome will be laid to rest in the Horizon Lawn.
Jerome's Mass and Burial will be livestreamed.

Uncle Rome we miss you so much😭

My brother and I grew up with Jerome and family on Waddington Drive in Naenae. We played and rode bike together everyday all through the 90s. One memory I have of Jerome is when I started at St Bernard’s intermediate, I started to get picked on in my first year by some bigger kids in my class, Jerome being 2 or 3 years older than me heard about it and stormed my classroom during class, some chairs were thrown and 2 kids ended up crying and I never got picked on again.

Lome was always the older cousin who checked in on everyone, including his little cousins and the younger generations. He was so genuine, caring, and loved so loudly. No matter what he went through, Lome always loved God and carried his faith so proudly and openly.
You’re an inspiration, Lome. We love you, we miss you, and we’ll always carry you in our hearts. 💙

I can’t believe you have joined the ancestors already!
I will always remember our chance meetings at Naenae train station on the way to college. You were so lively and welcoming with a beaming smile. It was a better day whenever I bumped into you.
It was also during one of these catch ups I learned of the RSBs lols. You were so proud of being Samoan and it showed in your aura of generosity, good humour, care and humility.
