    Dear Grandma,
You were only ever supposed to get “older; not old”. You were always there no matter what with your love and warmth. I loved waking up at your place, listening to you and Da making breakfast. The smell of imperial leather soap and cedel hairspray will always make me think of you fondly. I love you to the moon and back and can’t believe you are gone…

I can’t imagine the loss Aunty Lynne, Uncle Gary, Mum and Uncle Jason must be feeling. My greatest love and strength to you all.

    Christian

I do not have too many memories but when I think of my Aunt I think of a kind and gentle soul that would bring joy around others with always much love to give. There is comfort knowing you will be reunited with other dearly departed. You have left us with peaceful memories. May you rest in peace Dearest Aunty Val xx

    Dear Val,
First of all, thank you for letting me call you Mum. Spending time with you at Christmas and witnessing what a loving close family you all are was a wonder to me and you always seemed to pack some of it in with whatever goodies I managed to score.
Thank you for your welcome, generosity and kindness to me.
Your light shines so bright through your children and always will.
    My love travels with you
