Caskets
What is the difference between coffins and caskets?
Basically the only difference between a casket and a coffin is the shape. Coffins are tapered at the head and foot and are wide at the shoulders. Caskets are rectangular in shape and are usually constructed of better quality timbers and feature higher standards of workmanship, therefore the cost of a casket can be more than that of a coffin.
All of our coffins & caskets are manufactured in Australia by an Australian company. Our coffins and caskets are crafted with the utmost attention to detail and backed by modern quality assurance processes.
Most of all, we have a casket to suit everyone. Our consultant will discuss the differences between the caskets at the time of the arrangement. You will be shown photographs of our range of coffins and caskets.
