Death Registration

Ellese and Sheree Templeton will organise the registration of a death with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages (BDM). We will lodge the required information on behalf of your family. The certificate is then issued directly to the next of kin.

We recommend that you take some time to look over this form. You may wish to fill in the details in a quiet moment, prior to meeting with your Funeral Arranger.
