Important Message regarding COVID-19

COVID-19 Update 16/08/2021 - Important Message from the Managing Director & Founder of Templeton Family Funerals

Dear Families,

Maximum attendees for burials, chapel services will be 10 people not including funeral directors and those needed to conduct the funeral. During this time funerals are unable to be held at the family home.

A density limit of 1 person per 4 square metres will still apply to all spaces.

Face masks will also need to be worn inside and outdoors – everywhere except your own home. For contact tracing purposes QR Scanning must be used.

Sanitiser is available at all our venues and we ask if you could please sanitise on entry & exit.

We understand the added pain these restrictions place on families, and our hearts are with those who are affected by these unprecedented times.

We are offering recording & live streaming of services where possible and we certainly can arrange a memorial service at a later date.

We encourage you to leave a tribute on your loved ones personal notice which will be placed on our website this can also be linked to Facebook.

During these difficult times direct eye contact, loving words and a warm smile are as meaningful to the family as a traditional handshake or hug.

Currently all arrangements will be made via phone & email. Our office doors are closed to appointments but please know we are still available and working busily inside. Whether your wishes are for a direct cremation, burial or a service, we are always available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to look after your family and loved one.

We encourage you to visit our website to read more about what we offer, or to browse our range of flowers, coffins, and our service gallery.

Please stay safe, support each other and feel free to reach out to us with any of your queries or concerns. 03) 9706 9555

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this time.

Yours sincerely,

Managing Director & Founder

Ellese Templeton
