Celebrate the Life of
Mrs Hazel Jean Bushfield on
Tuesday July 5th, 2016 in the Blair Chapel,
Springvale Botanical Cemetery, Princes Hwy, Springvale at 10.45am.
Following the service Burial will take place in the Pescott Lawn.
No flowers by request, donations to Alzheimer's Australia would be appreciated.
Envelopes will be available at the chapel.
