Hayley was personable, professional and compassionate. From our first phone conversation Hayley was helpful and a calm... presence, sending through a quote and questions for my brother and I to think about for when we all sat down together to plan my Mum's funeral. As our funeral director Hayley made the process effortless and even pleasurable. My requests for my Mum's presentation and my private viewing were met without question.Templeton delivered a beautiful funeral including the casket, flowers, as well as, Hayley's presentation and treatment of our guests, and the way she was so respectful towards my Mum. From the initial call late on a Friday night, to the final follow up... call to ask if there was anything else they could help with, Templetons' provided excellent service.
