Springvale Botanical Cemetery, Princes Hwy, Springvale
on MONDAY April 3rd 2017, commencing at 11am.
In lieu of flowers donations to Ovarian Cancer Australia
would be appreciated, envelopes will be available at the Chapel.

My beautiful Lizzie, passed away peacefully at 3:15pm on
Friday, March 24th, holding my hand and surrounded by loved ones.
She was endlessly brave and never stopped fighting, like the beautiful warrior we all knew she was,
all the while maintaining the razor sharp sense of humour she was so well known for.
She touched and shaped lives all over the world, and is an inspiration to us all.
I love you,
my Wife-Like Creature.

Our families would also like to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude
to the amazing staff at the Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg,
Eastern Palliative Care and Caritas Christi Hospice in Kew.
Our beloved and cherished daughter Lizzie passed peacefully on Friday March 24th
with us by her side, along with her closest loved ones.
We will love and miss you forever, our beautiful girl.
